1. Definitions
• Organizer: Amenity Tree Care Association (ATCA).
• Conference Secretariat: Any appointed Event Management Agency or Professional
Conference Organizer acting on behalf of ATCA.
• Attendee: Any registered participant, including professionals, students, speakers, exhibitors,
or international delegates.
2. Registration Categories
• Professional Registration: Includes access to all conference sessions (7–8 March), meals,
refreshments, networking dinner, CEU/CPD credits, and certificate of participation.
• Student Registration: Includes access to all conference sessions (7–8 March), meals,
refreshments, networking dinner, CEU/CPD credits, and certificate of participation. Available
to full-time students with valid ID and institutional proof.
• Group Registration: Includes access to all conference sessions (7–8 March), meals,
refreshments, networking dinner, CEU/CPD credits, and certificate of participation. Discounts
available for 2–10 participants (10–25% as per registration portal).
• Workshop Registration (Optional): Pre-conference workshops on 6 March (₹2,500 per
workshop, limited seats). Includes workshop participation, meals refreshments, and
certificate of participation.
• International Delegate Registration: To contact via email to info@arbindia.com.
3. Registration Deadlines & Fees
• Early Bird: Until 1 January 2026 (₹3,000 professional / ₹500 student).
• Standard: From 2 January 2026 onwards (₹5,000 professional / ₹1000 student).
• Group Discounts: Available for 2–10 participants (10–25% discount).
4. Payment Methods
• Payments in INR via online platform (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
• Cheques and cash not accepted.
• Bank charges borne by registrant.
5. Confirmation & Invoice
• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment and submission of details.
• Tax invoice and confirmation email will be issued.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Applies to conference, workshops, and networking dinner.
• No refund for non-attendance, partial participation, or force majeure events.
7. Programme & Event Modifications
• Organizer reserves the right to alter schedule, speakers, or venue.
• Such changes do not entitle registrants to refunds or transfers.
8. Networking Dinner
• Networking Dinner on 7 March 2026 is included in registration.
• Accompanying persons may attend if declared during registration and tickets purchased
separately.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. Photography, Videography & Consent
• Attendance implies consent to photography/recording for documentation and promotional
use across ATCA platforms.
• No compensation provided.
10. Liability & Insurance
• Organizer not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage.
• Attendees advised to arrange travel/health insurance.
11. Force Majeure
• In case of cancellation/postponement due to circumstances beyond control (natural
disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), registrations may be transferred to rescheduled
event at Organizer’s discretion.
• No refunds or transfers will be provided.
12. Data Privacy
• Registrant data collected for conference administration and communication, in line with
Indian IT laws and ATCA’s privacy policy.
• Contact details shared with sponsors/exhibitors only with consent.
13. Governing Law
• Governed by laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Mumbai.
14. Miscellaneous
• No oral agreements valid unless confirmed in writing.
• Invalid clauses do not affect remaining terms.
• Organizer reserves right to amend terms; significant changes will be communicated.
