Amenity Tree Care Association (“we,” “our,” “us”) values transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and adjustments are processed for services, memberships, and registrations made through our website

1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to:
• Training programs, workshops, and conferences organized by Amenity Tree Care Association.
• Memberships, registrations, or subscriptions purchased via our website.
• Any other paid services offered directly through www.arbindia.com.
2. Cancellations by Users
• Event/Workshop Registrations:
1. All event and workshop registrations are strictly non-refundable.
2. No transfers to another participant are permitted.
3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• Memberships/Subscriptions:
1. Users may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided services have not been availed.
2. After 14 days, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds but may be adjusted against future services at our discretion.
3. Cancellations by Amenity Tree Care Association
This policy applies to:
• If an event, workshop, or service is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, speaker unavailability, regulatory restrictions):
1. Users will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future event.
• In case of rescheduling, users may choose to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund (except where the event has already commenced).
4. Refund Process
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days of approval.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
• Event and workshop registrations.
• Transfers to another participant.
• No-shows at events or workshops.
• Customized consultancy services once delivered.
• Digital products, downloadable resources, or materials once accessed.
